The most recent competition took place between August 23, 2010 and August 26, 2010 at the Marriott Toronto Eaton Centre in the heart of Downtown Toronto. The 32 final competitors were chosen out of an amazing group of over 600 applicants. After getting through three intense rounds of selections, including creating videos and having one- hour interviews, the Apprentice team assembled some of the best students in Canada.

The Apprentice team provided a true overall experience. From catered meals throughout the day, social events at night, and an amazing hotel to stay in, those four days were unforgettable. It is not every day that you can start the day by competing in a business tournament, and end it by going paint-balling!
Students competed in four categories: marketing, sales, negotiation, and innovation. The groups were assessed on their performance in each challenge, and were awarded points accordingly.
This experience allowed them to step into the shoes of corporate executives through various unique challenges while being exposed to the top young minds in the country, as well as leaders in the industry. They achieved and surpassed their own expectations, and won $10,000 in prizes!
